Manifestation Celebration Relinquishes Historic Band Shell

The fourth annual Manifestation Celebration dropped a bomb Tuesday with less than two weeks until the event. Well, actually two. The art conglomerate, which features movie-screenings, holistic healing workshops, temporary as well as permanent art displays and musical performances, announced it will not be using the historic Fair Park Band Shell anymore due to curfew issues.
