Last time they played the Granada, the crowd scarcely filled the first floor, yet this time elbowroom was a luxury. Playing to a packed house on Friday night, Girls proved that their third album “Father, Son, Holy Ghost” is doing them well.

The past two days have been a real treat for me and any other fan of Philadelphia indie rock group Dr. Dog. On Tuesday, the band released a track off their upcoming album Be The Void due out on February 7, 2012 and then swooped in today with slew of tour dates and, yes, one of them is in Dallas! Expect them on March 11 at the Granada Theater. Oh what a spring it will be!
